Kadeem's MMA classes are a fun and challenging way to get in shape. Based on Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, students will learn the basics of striking, clinching, and ground work. All levels of experience are welcome, and Kadeem will tailor each class to the individual's needs.
